I recall when I first entered the workforce, I told the interviewer it's my passion to work in this industry. He said 'passion can 当饭吃?'

 

I ended the interview with some nasty words for the director.

 

No prizes if I got the job or not :D

Lol now after many years, do u agree with that director or not?

Actually this thread came about when I saw a comment in mcf saying 'driving is my passion' Hahahahhaa.

i'm guessing that's how u got ur nick.......... [:p]

Now got standard answer for this already. My poly lecturer taught us what to say if the interviewer ever say this. Lol.

hmmm maybe he felt that you are just giving the "standard" answer  and not serious abt the job.

Actualli, if a green, fresh grad say and interviewer simply dismiss "passion" and u dun get the job, its a blessing in disguise.

Which interviewer will tell you that you are underpay? Lol. All confirmed will say your current and asking pay is high!

Yao siu headhunter might suan say you are grossly underpaid, deserve better, should really consider a move to a big player in the industry while you still have the first mover advantage.

 

Then you asked headhunter, eh siao lian eh, you always volunteer in NS?
