my parent stays there. i guess they were trying to catch the cars with loud exhaust clearing their carbon using the down ramp

cos they cause lots of nuisance in the middle of the nite with their loud exhaust and speeding

your friend is just collateral damage

next time dont spèed near the down ramp and will be like the rest of the people 平平安安

Very common for ECP at night.. The taxis will be mostly speeding on the first lane while private cars just take to the second and third lanes.

 

Good to see recently there are more police appearing here.

On first day of CNY, i saw TP on pedestrian overhead bridge at AMK Ave 1 early morning at about 8am !

 

Hope they continue to have more enforcement on our roads and expressway.

In short be on a look out for cars parked on the road with hazard lights on. So obvious it's the shape of a volvo from a far. The guy cannot see one ah?

TP squad car could have caused an accident the way it barged in on the merging lane.

 

Another one was the white car (merc) that changed lane without signaling and then braked to kiap his tail between legs when he saw TP squad car.
