Adrianli Hypersonic February 4, 2016 Share February 4, 2016 There is an internal difuser piece at the mouth of the tap. Use a long nose piler to remove it. If its a metal difuser, try to unscrew it. It is a plastic or rubber difuser, just pull it out. Then go to hardware store and buy the adapter piece on the right of this picture with exposed screw threads. I hate all these "water saving" difusers that is required by PUB to be installed in all taps in SG. I removed all of them in my house.
