Mobile and electronic AXS - can pay bills using Mastercard

A friend asked me to check out the electronic AXS or the mobile AXS app because he said can use Mastercard to pay many bills (whichi otherwise cannot), so can earn points.  I downloaded the app and made a few payments, like power bill, and it works!  Yes, pay using any Mastercard.

Not sure about Android as I use the iPhone.  But the service is available online - http://www.axs.com.sg/axsEstation.php

 

So you can use from computer, if you don't want to transact from mobile phone.

On the music, it is called 小人物的心声.  Very famous 'xin yao' from yester-year.

I did try with VISA but it didn't work.  So looks like Mastercard only.  Well, the icon did say 'Mastercard' and no mention of VISA.  Maybe VISA will jump onboard too, I don't know.
