Hi guys, why do u think cat b will drop more in the coming bids? How u guys determine that. Cos if drop more ppl go to showroom and buy, wouldnt it go up again?

Hahaha.. easy as ABC. For example cat a that time drop 9k, then people rush in and kanchiong to buy, then the next bidding increase abit (cuz people rush in), but then now drop back again. As for cat b, i have a feeling will go down below 30k real soon. Aiya, now coe supply increases for feb to april, more quota now(based on calculations n data), so coe will go downtrend even more in coming few bids.

Just telling u: u can wait just wait, coe expecting to drop even further.. haha.. dont care those salesman tell u faster buy cuz coe wont drop. Dont believe them lahh, please lo, so obvious coe on downtrend le, believe in what u see, instead of what u hear from salesman. They wan earn commission of cuz rushing people buy la.i wont fall for their tricks.hahahahaha.. too bad.

People will only go showroom if AD start to revise prices down. If CAT B drop 12k but dealer revise price down by only 2k, then people will still stay on sidelines.

I think a lot depends on market sentiments. Overall economic outlook is poor. Interest rates high-ish, loan restrictions still not lifted, COE tickets aplenty. All points to lower COE prices.

No. Just think about it, if it would, it wouldn't drop until 38k now in the first place. Make sense?
