i think just keep to the speed limits. and drive first. No point wasting the money since it has been charged to your supplementary card. Enjoy the more planted grip and slightly higher FC.

If you mileage is high, this tyres can be easily worn out in a year plus?

Just crossed 500km with them, experienced more stable drive at high speeds and cornering. Trip computer reflected the increase in FC too.

After the initial frustration, mentality more or less stabilised.

After thought would be are there 16" rims that can work well with 205.45 (keeping the buy buy buy monster at bay)?

Supercharged

Just returned this evening from short work trip.

Was doing routine check on vehicle that younger brother used to pick me up from airport since it felt different (and borrowed when I was away); to my horror it is now fitted with:

-205.45.ZR16

-Maxxis Victra I-pro UHP

Apparently last week's rescue patch did not last, and he decided to change all four to the above at KH yesterday after 7pm.

Stock was:

-185.55.R16

-Bridgestone Turanza ER370

-26k mileage

-one rear tyre patched twice, once 07'15 once last week.

Sorry if this sounded like a rant, the only time I saw this brand was when watching EPL on those advert billboards.

- Anyone remotely possibly using these with feedback to share?

- He swiped supp card total $600, at $150 a piece, ripped off?

- He did not check load index, any chance I can do a swap with top up if I go back to WS?

Thanks for reading, losing sleep over this pffft.

KH as in Kim Hoe?

$150 per pc?  Sound ex, comparing to PS3. But just use it, until it gets too loud or something, then change.

Hello Mister Donut,

Spot on. Yes many said that is PS3 pricing.

Crossed 1200 km with them, actually quite decent shoes especially during wet weather.

Should turn off spotify when I drive, so that I can actually monitor the road noise.

Happy Friday.

for that profile of 205/45/16 michelin could cost probably 180-200$ @@

but 205/55/16 ps3 only cost 140$ <--- funny!

A case of made in Thailand versus elsewhere?

At least that's what I understand of how ALTC price their rubbers.

Not funny, it's supply n demand.

205/55/16 is very common size, lots of demand, thus supply

205/45/16 is rare size, less cars, less demand, so price higher as limited supply.
