I love the comic's implicit sarcasm and critic of our modern society, especially in the work force - The most competent worker (saitama) does not necessarily get his due recognition and may even be penalised by upper management for doing his job too well. Whereas those who are well rewarded and promoted are often the incompetent and the wayang kings. So true.

looking at the way he punch- fast and accurate, I believe the doctor is trained in martial art of some kind....  no way an averagel man could punch so professionally.
