Anyone use TRW brand for rotor or brake pads ? Is it ok for normal driving ?

Yup. TRW is a reputable brand for braking products. They serve in both OEM and aftermarket.

Changed my front to Fujiace slotted disc and rear to TRW normal disc.

Seems good enough.

250 for the front without brake pad

280 for the rear with brake pad

Have you visited to any mechanic? Besides rotors and brakes, vibration of steering wheel may also due to:
- tire pressure
- damaged rims
- faulty wheel alignment
- Worn out or bulging side walls of tires
- defect in steering linkage
- damaged or worn out bushes
You must visit Car service center or contact the top rated mechanics https://www.yourmechanic.com/cars/hyundai.

Usually, does an aftermarket disc rotor cost a lot more than stock disc rotor?

For brakes aftermarket parts doesnt give you added braking performance. Stock depending on whether you are buying direct from the parts distributor or you get the workshop to source for you. Of course there is a price mark up if the workshop source it for you. Then there are labour charges.

Did it improved the braking capability based on your experience?

if you are referring to like for like, after market is cheaper of course, but if you are referring to ceramic pads, or performance brake set like big brake kits, then afer market is a lot more expensive,....usually

For BMW E39, I changed to Brembo front ventilated and rear solid.
Factory brake pad was used.

High speed braking distance reduced a lot

Depends. Slotted helps removing the brake dust between the pad and rotor so it is more efficient on longer, harder drive. A bigger disc will have more surface area to dissipate heat. Again, effect can only be felt on longer and harder drive.

if talk about absolute braking capability, only way is to change brake pads with higher coefficient of friction. Changing to a bigger brake caliper and disc will not improve braking distance if the pad remains the same.

Why do people accelerate as hard as they can when they see a red light and then almost reaching the light jam the brakes hard?

Then next traffic lights do the same thing.

And then wonder why the brake disc wrap after just 2 years?

:D

To me if you never zhng the brake pump the pressure applied will be the same regardless of what brake disc or brake pads are used. You are just buying the brand. Car makers source for reliable brake parts suppliers so called original might be from a branded parts makers. The car makers dont make every car parts themselves. They outsource to existing and even sometimes branded parts supplier.

After using Brembo rotor with OE brake pad, I have to disagree with you.

The bite is much better at high speed braking.
