nazerath Turbocharged December 20, 2015 Share December 20, 2015 it is ok, nobody wished for that to happen. i bet that isnt the first time it happened. lousy road signs n never give drivers ample signs in advance. Drive into bus interchange quite common lah. Just embarrassing & bewildered only. No danger if keep to low speed & signal appropriately. Not as scary shit as the time me & car nearly went midnight swimming with fishes in Pasir Ris Fishing pond. ↡ Advertisement

Maxus-MIFA9 Supersonic December 21, 2015 Share December 21, 2015 Yesterday was in a bad mood due to CO being *ahem* un-cooperative in the morning as we need to rush down to Changi by 9am. Later, I was at Tampines Mall with CO and after shopping there, she wanted to go Ikea Tampines. Being new to that area in Eastern part of Singapore, I look up Google map and memorized the direction given. Drove out Tampines Mall and supposed to drive along to avenue 9 then 12 before heading to TPE but ended up turning left somewhere and drove straight into Tampines Bus Interchange. Was finding it strange at first when I noticed people queuing up orderly and buses everywhere. Then it struck me! "Shiiit! I'm in the bus interchange! HOLY MOLY!" I yelled. Soon a couple of buses started to turn in and the first driver wad stunned like vegetable. We started looking at each other...loss for words. I waved an apologetic gesture and he waved back, pointing ahead and waved right. Took off and managed to drive out. Ehhhh . . . the question is, any bro out there did this stunt before and will I get a warning letter or what? Should have taken public transport yesterday, damn moody and not being my usual self. HAIZ! . . . . noob. I am very sure your car registration number "SOLD OUT" at Singapore Pool yesterday..... All those in the bus queue will buy your car number ...

HAIZ! . . . . noob. LOL! I've driven into the loading bay at VivoCity before! I turned too early, and saw a slip road to the right that said carpark! Security guard stunned like vegetable ask me drive out. I told him, "A-bang, this road one way, how you expect me to drive out?" In any case, didn't bang any trucks and he showed me how to get to the B3 carpark. Drive into bus interchange quite common lah. Just embarrassing & bewildered only. Yewheng Twincharged December 21, 2015 Share December 21, 2015 I even worst, my 1St time rent car at Kl international airport, when return car, don't know where to park and return, then turn in staff carpark which it label Carpark C. When at the barrier was thinking how come barrier will not open. Press intercom, don't know what the person is talking as he seems to not understand my English, got another car come behind and ask me if I need help, I told him, I need to return car, car rental, then he told me this is staff carpark. Only then I realised it and the barrier will not open for me and I need to reverse out. Wa piang eh.
BabyBlade Internal Moderator December 21, 2015 Share December 21, 2015 Drove into Woodlands Bus Interchange before too. Bus driver that saw me gestured for me to follow him, and then signaled me to turn right out of the interchange. Seems like common sighting for him especially Woodlands area. We've all been there done that.

BanCoe Hypersonic December 21, 2015 Share December 21, 2015 bus interchange terminal is common, wait till you drive into a restricted zone (shoot to kill) About 20 odd years back at the introduction of the so called RESTRICTED ZONE ; i was driving into Nicoll Highway with a foreigner (near the stadium) there was this gantry and 2 cops sitted on both sides of the road and back then it was either to have 4 pax (car pooling ) of buy the so called coupons (like almost 1/2 A4 size) coupons to enter in and display at the wind screen- and my tourist friend was shocked to see I was entering this kind of place as he thought its some kind of military installation; i got a big laugh of it
Alg 5th Gear December 21, 2015 Share December 21, 2015 Those who stay in Woodlands will know almost daily there will be drivers turning into Woodlands interchange. As the turn is too near to the turn to Causeway point. ↡ Advertisement
