If they are aggressive, then the rest of the AD's will also aggressively trying to secure as much COE as possible. Quite a few new models launching like the new Honda Civic, Sprada/Stepwagon, ..... etc. So 1st Dec COE will be higher than last month bidding ... I thought MX9 is the low end of govt officials?Only $15k. Even char kway tiow man already earning $10k COE aint coming off becos people are buying cars rather than property due to quantum and indirect taxes. Wooohooo.
