Also I have make it very clear in my 1st post that we can consolidate our video proofs if have. Im not sure what's wrong with the person who claimed I have to come clean? And what hidden agenda I have? Like how? And like what? my analysis on this issue is seriously not as powerful as his.

Probably the video do not have the registration number of the biker.

 

Or else it's a straight forward case, report TP of Hit & Run, then claim insurance.

 

No need consolidate any video.
