My E200K W211 model have rattling noise for a few second at times during start up, can someone recommend a reliable workshop so that I could send my car for diagnostic?

Probably, its the engine mountings that needs to be replaced.

Which MY is yr car? Mileage clocked?

 

I'd say it's more towards pulleys than mountings if no vibration felt.
