i'm curious to know from where the geese come from.

and do they cut/slice it up of only sell whole piece.

 

and it's certainly not cheap leh. >$100...

I used to eat braised goose meat last time.

 

Parents told me to wait until I'm 16, then can eat. Cannot eat when too young. Something to do with some infections.

 

Dunno true or not.
