My bet is that they will officially launch the Hatch during the upcoming Singapore Motorshow in January.

Flagship Performance Variant

1.6 turbopetrol GT with 205hp and a 7-speed Efficient Dual Clutch (EDC) gearbox. This one's pretty cool since it'll come equipped with 4Control or their four wheel steering system. Supposed to give the GT sharper handling.

Standard Everyday Variant

1.2 turbopetrol OR 1.5 turbodiesel GT-line variant with 130hp/7-speed EDC gearbox or 110hp/6-speed EDC gearbox respectively. This one will probably have all the aesthetic bells and whistles of the GT line but a more bread & butter drivetrain. More show, less go?

Based on the dropdown list in the Fuel Cost Calculator on onemotoring.com, all 3 variants listed above have been homologated so it'll be interesting to see which ones Wearnes eventually chooses to launch.

Will they release the Renault Megane Sedan as well?

The design looks impressive.

Pretty sure that they will since Singapore is still a predominantly sedan-biased market. Though it'll probably be later in the year.

Hopefully, personally prefer the new Megane sedan exterior look plus the extra boot space given.

They should just stick with the name "Megane". Yes, it's the new Megane.

Hit 22+ kmpl on the NSH to Subang. The Fluence drove like a dream, smoothly speeding up at lane changes or easing off when needed. Filled up on Euro 5 goodness at BHP Pagoh RSA en route at RM 1.95/l. Car "feels" a lot happier after this workout. Think a couple of times a year will do it some good (barring crawls at the checkpoints).

Got quite a bit of attention where it went - quite the rarity it turns out as I didn't see a single one in my journey.

True. The Fluence is quite hard to spot. At my carpark, I don't see any Fluence at all. 22+ is good. Now doing about 15.9km/ltr but mainly city driving. Will travel to KL early next year.
