Yeshe Turbocharged January 9, 2016 Share January 9, 2016 7l/100km is very good word. That's 13km/l. 8l/100km and 11.5l/100km are worst readings. You talking about km/l or l/100km? I think he meant km/l. If can get even 10km/l for a turbo charged suv, it's God sent ↡ Advertisement

Even my FXT is better than your NA at 8+km/l and that's 70% city driving. How you drive one? You bought the non turbo NA right?
Ivantanjh 1st Gear April 16, 2016 Share April 16, 2016 My 2 cents worth, been driving the old forester for the last 9 years, the car FC sucks big time, but she was a reliable car with very few problem maybe she was spartan technology so everyone know how to fix it and the other thing worth considering is the resell value which Subaru perform very very poorly. Also, did most of my servicing at Mi, not too expensive but the service is not the best I experienced.
Vlanze 1st Gear September 26, 2016 Share September 26, 2016 Ty. can only get by this month if I choose the ready stock colour (Black) with an additional $500 discount. But I choose indent colour and the earliest is by mid Dec. I have requested to delay and get on Jan'16, as I prefer new year car, but SE said must get by latest end Dec due to some whatever reason. Bro, did u go for guaranteed or non? Wonder what is MI's track record to securing coes. Cheers!
Victor68 Turbocharged September 27, 2016 Share September 27, 2016 I read this thread because I am very interested to hear more about Picasso. So far of those I have viewed in this price range, it is one of the best design and finished. I have only 2 concerns. It is diesel and reliability. If Citroen is so unreliable, why are they still in the market after all these years? Only one manufacturing car or like Proton, financed by the country? Those recent owners may wish to share their problems here.

But as with all conti makes expect maint to be slightly higher than asians. If u r the type does not skimp on proper maintenance. It should also last u a long time. Ive seen many C4s in France n Spain recently when i visited. However, if u r the typical singaporean that wants cheap n good, and did notbudget anythg for maintenance or possible gearbox issues, suggest u stay kiasee like most SGreans n drive a boring toyota.

The display read in L/100km that I got confused . my previous over 9.6yrs old car still managed to get 8km/L (when new is 11.5km/L) wow... took awhile to read finish this thread. I'm caught in the same situation. C4 Picasso, QQ 1.2TC, Forester. But i've decided on Forester based on reliability and spaciousness. Your FC is so bad ?!? 7KM/L ?? BTW you sign in Expo sales via which SE? SE at MI seem to be not enthu about sales.
Nlatio Turbocharged November 7, 2016 Share November 7, 2016 Bro, did u go for guaranteed or non? Wonder what is MI's track record to securing coes. Cheers! If the SE word is true, the no worry..... SE told me don't wastes $$$ on guarantee COE, sure can get one... But 1 thing don't like their pricing, Nissan and Subaru.... they sell attractive price, their loan at 2.78%.... non negotiable.... but if they increase the price, suddenly the loan can drop to 2.18%....WTF My buying decision is simple - a car I like; a car that match my income, and a car I look forward to drive everyday. Make your own decision. If you listen to people, you might regret your decision. At the end of the day, FC, maintenance etc is small issue relative to total cost of ownership and the satisfaction you get from owning a car you are happy about. Mostly agree with your POV.... but like a bro say.... Forester is the No.1 choice.... but.... family is in front of this No. 1.... .... so sometime really not so easy.... QQ 1.2L is fairly problematic Vezel is old XV and Forester seems overpriced now. But the best bet is the Forester and XV. Both are airy and are good family cars.
