I was also thinking of that but black is difficult to maintain. I prefer STI blue from Japan market. So getting the blue so that in future if I respray to STI blue, I do not require to update the lot card. [:)]

Should buy black. Same colour as mine!

Congratulations, Axela72. You finally went with your head and got a good deal! forester is a good choice!

Btw, what is the nett price you paid for the forester? The price point at this moment is the lowest in the history of this latest model right?

Yes, i think lowest.

They have this lucky dip which can get up to another $888. I not so lucky . Drawn a $488 so the nett price i pay is 113.8k. If get current stock colour, another $500 discount would be 113.3k.

Besides the above, i have another 1k off to use as car servicing.

Thought it maybe too good and if end of the of the day if i couldnt secure the COE, i will go for the Picasso due to fate. However later, i realize that this roadshow promotion come with guarantee COE .

NA. Better FC, reliability. 2L power good enough for me. Yah, still high in FC as per my current drive and got to compromise and live with it.

I rather spent 10 to 15k more on petrol than no idea how much I need to forge out and time spent on the repair of Citroen after 5yrs. Citroen SE also can't give me the answer on their reliability after 5yrs as their current good model is only 3 yrs old.

Congrats. How much was the insurance?

For over 40s , insurance is 1.8k with 50% or 30% (cant remember as i might be using my current insurer) NCD From AIG

How can be so expensive? 40s, FXT, with 50% ncd, 1.4k only

If NA, 1.2k should be enough

Probably currently COE will not be dropping because of this batch mass order. Some AD e.g. Citreon give ~11k discount on those cars that use to ferry for event. According to SE, they are less than 2k mileage.

Until the next roadshow at Suntec on the mid of Jan next year, the next mass order will come in and again prevent the COE to drop

seems that a good deal is more readily available at expo as compared to before that.

Ty. can only get by this month if I choose the ready stock colour (Black) with an additional $500 discount. But I choose indent colour and the earliest is by mid Dec. I have requested to delay and get on Jan'16, as I prefer new year car, but SE said must get by latest end Dec due to some whatever reason. [confused]

Great choice.

Many car distributors are pushing for registrations by year end to ht their sales quota to the principal in Japan.

Think ts should be quite a new driver, maybe just hit 50% ncd only. Else cannot be 1.8k so exp.
