2011 kia forte power windows problem

hi all, i was viewing a kia forte 2011 model but the rear power windows don't go down all the way.

They seem like stuck when they are 3/4 on both rear windows. Is this normal?

mine also like that, i think its normal.

It is the same for both rear sides? If yes, it's normal. Because rear doors usually smaller than front doors for the allowance of rear tyres.

Yes, the window is not able to go down all the way because the rear door is "narrower" at the bottom [due to the wheel arch].

I noticed some cars rear window is "partitioned" such that the glass [smaller width to avoid the wheel arch intrusion] can slide down all the way to the bottom. This mean 1 more "guide bar" at the window blocking the outside view.
