The tire factory spec is for the tires that come with your car. LoL...

Unless you keep replacing back the same brand and model. Anyway I find the factory spec not adequate. The tire looks deflated physically. Mine is the PS4 SUV 18" tires(I think this model has a stiffer sidewall), I got it less than 6mth, less than 10K km. 250kpa/2.5bar/37spi is the best compromise for me in terms of ride comfort and noise. If 260kpa the ride becomes hard and a bit jarring. 

Our atmospheric pressure(at sea level) is only about 101kpa/1bar/14.7psi and our tire pressure is only about 2.5x that. It is very low pressure. +/- 10 to 30kpa is a very low pressure to test the ride comfort and performance.
