I park nicely but people still dent my doors.

Even when I'm parked at a corner lot to the extreme, they will also park at the lines close to me

They estimate by distance to the car, not by the lot limitation itself.

Damn sian to see such drivers

Still better then those sicko who use key or sharp objects to draw people's car body.

Hi, I have been driving the new civic 1.6 for 4 weeks, I have trouble reverse park the car. It is always not align with the parking lot, slightly slang. The car body line seems angled, not straight. Any tips from fellow owner? My previous FD no problem, always park swee swee one.

same here.. [laugh]

Bro, you know any other asia forum for civic 10? There's one in sg but is a closed forum, using WhatsApp, but not comfortable using...a lot of "poisons"

Driving the FD for about 2 years. The front always seems to slant towards right even though it looks perfectly aligned from inside. These days I try to angle it to left and it will turn out ok.

Exactly...can't understand why people need to park so close to you even though it's a big lot.

I try my "best" not to hit them when I open the door.

Now that you mentioned it, the civicx also slant to right, guess need to use your method, calibrate a bit.

Haha, i guess need to practise more, trail & error.

Opening door to park a bit dangerous, especially got car parked besides you.

The side edtra blind spot mirror quite good, can see bottom of rear tyre/ body and lot parking lines, but somehow this new civic just don't align.

Yah, now somtime parked, open door, see not align, adjust again.

But very ancient act & malu...

Hi, been driving civic 10 for two months, realised that the door edge paint is quite thin, gently touch on walls and a few time on lorry door, started to see the edges paint chipping off...read someone review in sgcarmart mentioned about poor paintwork, didn't know it is that bad.

Hi All,

I learnt this morning that Civic 1.6 stock HU runs on Android 4.2.2 OS, has wifi connection capability and maybe gps (I believe it has as there is a gps icon when the unit starts). Question is has anyone ever installed sygic on this Android head set so far? Know we can use Waze or Android map, but with Sygic, it can go with offline map hence does not consume data

There's a GPS icon?

It's this icon I'm referring (circled in red). The icon will be flashing when it first appear and turn solid after a while - timing of it becoming solid (or connected) is about the same as my iroad gps

I see.

You have the Navigation, Honda Link and Aha menu.

Are they pre-installed?

I don't remember seeing the navigation icon in my HU.  [confused]
