Better call early for appt.

 

Just called them.

 

Alexandra - weekday earliest is 7/5, weekend earliest is 19/5

 

Kembangan - weekday earliest is 8/5, weekend earliest is 19/5

 

wah thats fast man. i called on monday to check for slots and earliest weekday was 2/5, weekday was 12/5. End up not booking any slots, looks like need to wait for 19 le..

guys just got my Elantra basic 2 days ago... just a few question..

 

1) Anyone know how to make the car to sound when locking and unlocking of the car?

 

2) i will be parking my car mon-fri under hot sun. so is it necessary to do coating? does it last? any recommendation? thank you

1. not possible to make car have sound when lock n unlock.

 

is your basic or S?

 

mine is basic.

 

only way is to add alarm to existing remote control but not all shops can do it. i asked few shops n none can do it exceot to add alarm n use new remote control unit plus use hyundai provided remote unit for key if it is basic without keyless entry n push start. 

 

managed to find a shop that add alarm to existing remote control so i use same remote unit only.

Is the keyless entry and push start factory fitted from hyundai?Or is it locally fitted?

Mine but is not Hyundai,with keyless entry and push start,there is also alarm.

elantra only comes with remote control but no alarm for all models.

Sorry... no one is the speed regulator... if you want to go faster then that's your business... I don't want to risk my life... you can honk and high beam all you like... I don't do that to anyone at the speed limit even if I am much faster and behind them... it's their right to drive at the speed limit... there's no reason for them to move out of the lane to give way to me...

Such selfish driver! Rear view mirror is of some use.

There no right or wrong, but just be considerate. Others maybe rushing to hell, urgent matter, toilet rush, doctors rushing etc. 101 reasons.... but just use the rear view mirror n fking give way. After tat, u can hog the rd again. Repeat the rear view mirror process again.

Everyone loves lane 1;most smooth flowing most of the time.

Lost soul will mostly take lane 2.

Lane 3 will be least travelled cos its most bumpy lane!

with this cannot fit alarm?next time have to remember car park where Liao

that's also my problem of finding car in big mall car park so I 'LL pay n install alarm n lucky this shop can add so still carry 1 unit remote control lock.

Hi, Anyone have problem with their speaker got popping sound when playing music or radio ?

 

On the FB group, there have been multiple reports. Left speaker, only happens to Apple devices.

I called over the weekend and the earliest slot for Alexandra was 1st week of May but this morning I walked in, it was surprisingly empty. I left within 10 mins.

So can just walk in for servicing?

lane 1 is for overtaking. If other vehicles need to overtake you, pls be considerate and give way. Driving at speed limit does not give you the right to hog to lane 1. Edited by Acapulco
