i think u r using the normal bluetooth connector. The apple and android thing is actually more like using the screen as image of the phone so you can use certain apps like music and map there. Most benificial thing is that you can use google map for navigation on the big screen.

Did you buy it? if so, when?

for android auto, you need to use the APK version as SG still not on offer.

Having said that, you also need to be careful when the prompt for Spotify or Google map update is available as you will get an android auto not available again prompt and have to redo the install every 3 months, that's what I encountered so far. It's purely a Handphone issue and I suspect it's across all range of android auto.

so you mean the megane is compatible with android auto just fine although the android itself suffers some problem. Still good to know. I'll get my megane next saturday. Very exited. Hands down the best looking HB.

Android website says Renault 2017 models are compatible., but not clear that means model-year or Year-of-Manufacture.

Believe what SG gets so far are YoM 2016 units.

Renault eGuide on R-link instructs how to check if ur vehicle is compatible from the multimedia unit. Reads like need to download app to phone and then connect to mm unit to check.

For those who really wants to use the mm unit to replicate his/herphone... go for it and share results!

Blue test drive car was 100999 if you trade on your car with them.

Add 2000 if not.

Promo price for silver was 101999

Do u remb that time, did they say will still bring in more stock? When only left with silver...

As few weeks back they still got a 2016red for sale...

I guess the flame red that you mentioned should be the road show unit and their units should be all 2016.

They might not bring in anymore after selling this batch, you better to check with your SE again.

Hi I just went to the showroom this evening to test drive both the GT-Line 1.5 Diesel and GT 1.6 Petrol. I'm definitely only going for the GT Petrol for its performance although the price difference is $25.5K. Currently the GT-Line Diesel is going for $104,999 (less $1K if you're taking either SR or TD unit), and GT is at $130,499 (less $2K if taking the Flame Red TD/SR).

The available stock of the GT-Line 1.5 Diesel as of today:

Pearl White YoM 2017 New

Mercury YoM 2016 SR unit, discount $1K

Iron Blue YoM 2016 TD unit, discount $1K

Iron Blue YoM 2017 New

Flame Red YoM 2016 New

Titanium Grey - not available

Diamond Black - not available

Thanks for the info bro. I was told otherwise... Lol like sales tactic to trick ppl into buying. What's your freebies etc?

And also, TD unit not worth for the 1k right. Ppl alr abused the car

Anyone got 1yr road tax? I see other AD can give..

The blue TD unit has about 1600km on it, I think.

I feel $1000 discount isn't enough. I think Peugeot gives $1.50 or $2 off for every 1km driven. Something like that.

Less concerned about the engine condition, more about wear and tear of the exposed parts.

1600km = many people going in and out of the car since the test drive route is so short. Sure got small stains, scratches, hardly any new car smell left haha.

Bro tried searching for "RCC" in FB but can't find the group?

Can post the link.

As a Clio driver I feel some of the other model-specific groups don't like me around. They say my input is "confusing" even though I usually state up front i'm a Clio driver in the post and the input is on general things.

Maybe I should go start a Clio group haha.
