Sdf4786k Twincharged March 1, 2016 Share March 1, 2016 (edited) for price comparison, the PSS seems a better deal on 19" For long haul I still prefer the GY Assy 2 Edited March 1, 2016 by Sdf4786k ↡ Advertisement
abcxyz Neutral Newbie March 18, 2016 Share March 18, 2016 (edited) - used Contact5 for years - went over a nail, changed two tyres to Falkens - skidded at a bend at expressway on a drizzling day, at only 80km/hr - after months of repair and NCD gone, changed back to Contact5 - so far so good the accident made me paranoid over wet grip, hence i will support the Contact6 Compare here: http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Goodyear/Eagle-F1-Asymmetric-3.htm http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Michelin/Pilot-Super-Sport.htm http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Continental/Sport-Contact-6.htm Edited March 18, 2016 by abcxyz

6912 1st Gear March 25, 2016 Share March 25, 2016 The Sport Contact 6 was ranked first place in AutoBild's summer tyre test! Probably the first one for 2016. It managed to beat the PSS! But the new PS4 and GY Assy 3 were not included in the test though. It would be interesting when a publication finally tests all these new 2016 tyres together! http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Article/2016-AutoBild-Sports-car-UHP-Summer-Tyre-Test.htm

I know sure sacrifice a bit of comfort between 19" & 17". But can still overcome by setting to Comfort mode on days I hv a tender butt. It's the noise that's more difficult to overcome. The A6 cabin is a really quiet place n kinda enjoying it since my last 2 rides, the Sorento turbodiesel & GTI were not the epitome of cabin serenity.....LOL Maybe I'll let the P7s wear out a bit n start to get noisy first so any change to a fresh set of shoes is considered a 'noise reduction'....wahaha
