Kadjar and QQ share the same engine....

In fact QQ have 1.5 turbo diesel engine also and Kadjar have 1.2 Turbo petrol engine....

Technically yes ... but in SG, the agent chose not to bring the 1.2TC Petrol - they chose the 1.5 TD for ease of maintenance of the same type/model of engine across the range of models in the Renault line-up. Makes sense considering its not a huge market that Renault is out to conquer especially in SG.

haha...for me is they want to monopolize the market. Renault own Nissan 40%+ of their shares....

You can look at Nissan Qasqhi Black Edition. All the features almost the same as Kadjar Bose Edition

I don't know if the black edition will release in SG. I have call up Nissan and they have no news on this.

For those who are tracking prices, new advertised price has gone down to $128k but their promo price is still maintained at $121k - same as before last week's COE was announced. Disappointing ...  [smash]  [smash]  [smash]

p/s: Wearnes has given up to $14-15k  off their advertised RRP during promos and to entice SUV-converters ... maybe they hit their annual target liao ... not so hungry  [laugh]  [laugh]  [laugh]

121 for the 1.5tD?

That's more reasonable and will help to move units.

At the original price, there are way too many options..

Depends on the current COE and advertised RRP price-point. Knowing that they've done more aggressive promos in the past, it's definitely wise to research past promos and peg that to the COE and advertised RRP before plunging into a major commitment. Edited by Laojiao

Ermm, don't really understand what you mean above - FCC will determine which engine they brought in?

As far as we know, including the owners here and what's being sold by Wearnes

Anyone gone for the Wearnes event this weekend? Any info on their promos ?

I saw the basic version is going for $114K and Bose Edition for $124K for a limited number of units based on the chart they display at the tentage. Not sure about the T&C, goodies....

Not preconceived la. We have a Renault. All I can say is, it is as everyone says, French crap. Only reason we keep it is negligible depreciation and my other half still likes it.

Think about it this way lor, the cost savings from fuel are prepared for reparing car? Hahaha

Anw, car is like wife. Some likes an ok looking wife that is thrifty and takes care of family, while some prefer a hot wife that spend alot of his money maintaining her looks and figure.
