Just a few of my thoughts even though only 1 round of matches played with City v WBA still to come.

And admittedly maybe too early to form an opinion.

7) Not sure if the Milner-Henderson middle works? Something not right if u ask me, no dynamism?

I already said that when saw them in KL, both like dunno when to go up and when to stay. Seems like occupying same areas. Hopefully with more matches they get more familiar with each other

Good start by City!

Too early to catch the match but reports suggested that Silva was instrumental in the victory and WBA were taken apart.

Round 1 over and the excitement will continues to build up with the next round. Key match up has to be Man City vs Chelsea

Ya..... good start by them and as well as RS don't score can leow ... :yeah-im-not-drunk:

Palace has signed some good players this year like Cabaye, Bamford, wickham n with their existing playes like Bolasie, Zaha, Puncheon, they r many people's dark horses n might sneak into UEL if they can gel quickly, be warned!

When little Phil scored the winner at Stoke, he went for the ball but the Stoke defender took it first.

Was wondering why he wanted it. Now the answer is out. His wife is expecting. He wanted to ball for his goal celebration apparently.

The scarier thing is that with his signing, Stoke have now 5 UCL winners in their rank.

Wha bro, good spot didn't know that!

Stoke is one of the mid tier teams to watch this year, very impressed with their signings n good job by their Board n Mark Hughes to get them to change from the thuggery team of before to a mini Barca!!

Affellay, Krkic are good players on the ball n Shaqiri is a quality player as well. They can mix it up with the tough guys like Shawcross, Adams, Whelan n up front mixture of quick guys like Odemwingie and the height of Crouch. Nice balanced team.

Gary Lineker took a dig at Jose with this tweet:

Might apply for the Chelsea doctor's job given the applicant must understand football. Not sure if any medical knowledge is required.

Fantastic start from Man Utd. Team still finding feet and despite two unconvincing displays, they get what is most important, 3 points
