well,Zlatan's top flight football is definitely already in the twilight years.. probably last 1 to 1.5 years left.

 

however, the real deal is his world class image. immediately, Utd's frontline will no longer look light weight with him on the roster.  

 

another aspect is the commercial appeal. I expect that his utd jersey to be the best selling shirt next season across all the leagues.. given his appeal and Utd's fan base.

JM has shown that he is not the type to bother about age. He has a history of building his team around Aging stars and ignore youngsters. He will usually leaves once they go down hill.

 

Eg. Chelsea is Drogba. Inter Milan is etoo and milito.
