Ngseeming 5th Gear March 10, 2016 Share March 10, 2016 (edited) But in Bolehland, the common ppls support a leader of different kind ... Sorry, OT from BPL. In Bolehland, the common and uncommon (e.g. those in politics, even from UMNO itself) ppl dare to speak out against the regime! Osprey23 Turbocharged March 10, 2016 Share March 10, 2016 Gotze was previously said to be the biggest thing in German football since Lothar Matthaus but his progress slows down since moving to Bayern maybe peaked too early... it'll be a big disappointment if he already passes his peak at 22/23 Far from peak. His progress stagnated due mainly to lack of game time hampered by injuries as well. Klopp wants him if he decides to leave Bayern this summer. Osprey23 Turbocharged March 10, 2016 Share March 10, 2016 Extracted from Daily Mail Tottenham are understood to be deep in discussions for Nike to become their next kit suppliers in what would be at least a £30million-a-year deal. The current contract with American giants Under Armour, whose football expansion in the UK has not happened as quickly as expected, expires at the end of next season and Spurs will want a new mega shirt agreement in place for when they move into their new ground in 2018. Certainly, a shirt deal with Spurs is high on the Nike wish-list, especially as they lost Manchester United to adidas and Arsenal to Puma in recent times and do not supply a major London club. Not sure if UA will counter offer. Quite like their products. Finding them a very innovative and forward looking company.

Spring Moderator March 10, 2016 Share March 10, 2016 Far from peak. His progress stagnated due mainly to lack of game time hampered by injuries as well. Klopp wants him if he decides to leave Bayern this summer. Agree with you, Goetze is a really good player hampered by lack of playing time and injuries as otherwise by now he could easily be amongst the top 10 players in the World! Klopp wants him but so too many other clubs so not sure where he will end up at. If I were him, I'll choose a team where he can start regularly to get some momentum going. Going to Real, Barca, City those kind of places with their big squads might hamper his progress again. My only doubt on him is that I'm not sure coming after such a start stop time at Bayern, whether he could hit the ground running in such a physical League as the EPL.
Osprey23 Turbocharged March 10, 2016 Share March 10, 2016 EPL 4th UCL place is at increasing risk of losing to the Italians. Chelsea and Roma are out of UCL. Next week will know the fate of Arsenal, Man City and Juventus. Europa wise, one of Liverpool or Man Utd will be gone and Spurs have to overcome BVB to stay on. Italian sole rep in UEL is Lazio.
Little_prince Supersonic March 10, 2016 Share March 10, 2016 would you rather play nice football and lose or ugly football and win? Actually, I quite like him as well cos his team plays nice football and I esp like him when he's a guest in the studio as his insights are realty refreshing and educational. Again, as always, there is the other side. His record is not very good. Managed the Wigan team that was relegated though he did win the FA Cup. Everton this season has one of their strongest teams since the mid 80s when they were Champions and yet they have underperformed. Think they have one of the worst home records in EPL this season so Martinez has to take some blame i'm afraid. I always respect EPL fans and I feel they are knowledgeable lot esp those that attend matches and won't go against their team unnecessarily and like those Gunners fans, the Toffee fans getting impatient as well......
Spring Moderator March 10, 2016 Share March 10, 2016 would you rather play nice football and lose or ugly football and win? Ugly and win for sure! I'm a fan not a football lover but obviously neutrals would love beautiful football and that's why since I'm not Everton supporter don't mind Martinez!!

Simi exodus dun think any epl team will sign their players its not the problem of lao-ya, its the indifference that infuriates football fans and insults their own fans ........ similar to Newcastle and Sunderland. But at least Sunderland is slowly improving under Big Sam. I look at AV and NCFC play, knn play like no heart no passion. Lose the ball just stand around and never chase back ......

Simi exodus dun think any epl team will sign their players I thought mass exits is consider exodus? Need not be going to other EPL clubs then consider. Most will be going back to where they came from I guess. Edited March 10, 2016 by Osprey23
Osprey23 Turbocharged March 10, 2016 Share March 10, 2016 (edited) Bild reporting that Liverpool are eyeing Koln's pair of Jonas Hector and Timo Horn as summer targets. Both will offer competition to Moreno and Mignolet respectively If materialised, meaning both positions we have H&M. Sounds like a plan Edited March 10, 2016 by Osprey23 ↡ Advertisement
