nice match between man utd and new castle. Coloccini and Tim krul did particulary well.

Both Utd full back quite impressive too.

Ya even though goalless, quite an enjoyable game. Wynaldum also impressive on top of the 2 u mentioned. Thauvin had some good touches but needs to add some physicality to his game. As expected Bastian couldn't last as EPL is tougher than Bundesliga. My 2 cents is that Herrera shld partner Schnederlin in the middle esp against the avg teams.

Now Leicester v Spurs which shld be good as well!

Consistency.

Which year did he get the title with those clubs?

Just confirmed that LVG did win the title in his first season at Barca in 97-98 n again at Bayern also in his first season in 09-10. Whilst the stats show he's consistent, the major difference is that he didn't win the title in his first season at MU compared to the other 2.

Missed the game as my prior appt ran late.

Leicester holding well and Spurs missing the creativity of Eriksen.

First time seeing ref stopped the game for everyone to take a water break lol

Agreed on Herrera/Schnederlin partnership. Carrick on for Schweni was too conservative and Herrera would have provided more direct attacking threat.

What a goal from the youngster Alli. Hopefully Pool don't regret not pushing all the way for him.

What an equaliser from Mahrez. Impress with him so far. Very pacy and tricky player. Took his shot really well. You need a top class shot to beat Lloris from that angle.

What a last 10 min in this game.

what a game between west ham and bournemouth [bounce1]

7 goals there. Unbelieveable. Didn't watch that as I promised myself to catch Leicester. They didn't disappoint me :)

Not sure if this is an one off set up against Spurs but Leicester set up in a 4-4-2 mid block. Without the ball, all players retreat into own half and play on a standard counter via the wings - Albrigton and Mahrez provided good width for them. Very disciplined and not easy to break down.

Spurs set up in a 4-2-3-1 and they didn't really make their numerical advantage in the centre mid count. Partly because Vardy occasionally drops down to help up and Spurs didn't do themselves any justice. In such a match up, the No.10 but Lamela really a let down. Didn't work the space between the lines enough and if the 10 doesn't impose himself and help to divert attention of the CBs, very difficult for the lone striker to find space.

Alli's introduction is like an injection of life for Spurs. His runs behind the defense caused some concerns for Leicester and his hardwork paid off with a nice diving headed goal.

1-1 sounds like a fair result but Spurs shouldn't have much to complain if they were to leave empty handed.

Hoffenhiem scored against bayern in 8 secs....and is bayern kick off ...lol

Saw the clip, fastest goal in Bundesliga history. Horrendous back pass but Volland took it really well.

Bayern still emerged the winner with a late goal from Lewandoski. Star for them is Douglas Costa.

Leicester players work really hard, kudos to them for not letting their head down and fight back straight away for the equaliser.

Agreed that lamela was disappointing last night. Harry kane was really starve of supply.

That Mahrez is a good player, so tricky, can suddenly change direction. Nvr heard of him before so good job by Leicester to spot him.

The first half of this game was not very good but yes the end was entertaining. Leicester is proving a lot of pundits wrong including Lineker who feared for them when Pearson was sacked.

wasted opportunity to take the lead. Lousy penalty by Morrison(did not look confident to me) - they will surely rue this chance.

A goal and an assist so far. He is just unfortunate that he has to compete with Messi, Neymar and Suarez. He is class, never doubted that.

Terry sent off, Jose might really have to call upon the Chelsea bus now

Chelsea made it but they are still very soft defensively. Matic is quite out of sort this season.

Terry's suspension might be a good excuse for Jose to ask Roman for money to buy Stones
