Sell him :)

Possible of ban on not playing any home matches at Anfield? It will be terrible if this happens

Usually stadium bans are for fans violence. This one I hope will just be a fine on the clubs.

For £45m, I will sell. Class player but can't really depend on.

If both Sturridge and Benteke are to leave, hope to see Chicharito and Lacazette as replacement. That said, I trust Klopp in getting whoever in as replacement.

i think the lack of playing time is hurting his form big time. He has never been benched in his career and he doesnt look like a regular goal scorer when he comes on.

he mentioned in his interview that he can put in a shift when called upon to fit into Klopp's high press high intensity game. I wonder if he is really sure of it. he doesnt press the opposition defence but usually just reduce the spaces at the top. further, movements during counter attacks are pretty non-existent..

i think either he is happy with a plan B role at Pool or Klopp should just cut him loose during the summer and recoup most of the transfer fees paid on him. I think he should still command > 20M...

Frustration is natural but like what bro Hosaybo said, he should let his feet do the talking. No point lashing out to the media, not going to help his situation.

Klopp did consider him at Dortmund but they didn't push forward their interest. Possible that Klopp wasn't convince then that he can be the next Lewandoski for them.

I think Klopp must have validated his judgement by now.

Benteke although is skilful as a player to be more than a target man, his lack of movement is making very difficult for Pool's creative players to find him in tight games. His one v one is atrocious even for a striker down on confidence.

He will be off in the summer. He wants to start.

truth be told, he has been fit and back in the squad for the past couple of months.

He still lacks the confidence to push his body for the full 90 mins. Hence, he usually last 60-70 min per game.  at the end of the day, this may be quite disruptive to the game plan cos Klopp needs to have tactical flexibility in the game plan instead of indenting 1 sub for DS.

He is gifted player no doubt. But whether Pool can depend on him as the 1st team striker all season long.. I think his records speak for themselves.  45M is too good an offer to pass.

If Liverpool do manage to sell sturridge and benteke for a combined fee of £70 million, we should try and get Suarez back. I am sure Barcelona will be tempted to sell.

he is nearing 30 liao. so i think 70m will be better spent else where. also need to better exploit Klopp's player grooming abilities...

that's not to say I am not a Suarez fan. He is definitely one of the best players i have seen in the famous jersey

Haha no we are not going to spend £70 million on him. We offer from £40 million +£1 to £49 million. And add some add ons to make it up to £55 million. Surely Barcelona will be tempted.

I suggested we sign him because we need a figurehead. We need someone to lead. And we need to show we mean serious business. Very sure Suarez doesn't mind coming back.

No doubt most Pool fans will welcome him back, but personally I don't see it happening.

Barcelona aren't keen to listen to offer any for him and Suarez himself is not done having fun at Barcelona yet. Unless something drastic happen, I expect him to see out his contact there till 2019.

Even then, I will still take him back at age 32.

sorry to pour cold water dude

put yourself in Suarez's shoes, why will he want to go back to Liverpool?

At Barca, he is one of the world's top earners, can play with the best players, able to compete 5-6 trophies every season, can leave behind a legacy of being part of the best offensive trio in history....

ok maybe he will want to go back to Liverpool, but probably in his mid-30s, but will Liverpool wants him?

just like will Liverpool wants Torres back now?

Said before, Torres unlikely will be welcomed back in the way he burnt his bridges in his move to Chelsea. Suarez' scenario is different.

Torres was already dipping at Chelsea, don't see why Pool will be keen to take him back. Suarez is still getting better and better at Barcelona. If he remains injury free, at 32, he will still be a top striker. He doesn't rely on speed in his play and thus more likely to stay at higher level till an older age.

According to Marca, Man City are reportedly prepared to pay the buy-out-clause of Aymeric Laporte at €50m.

City are also still holding the interest on John Stones but Everton are playing hardball.

one good way to remember the legend is to enjoy his quote:

Johan Cruyff - "Why couldn’t you beat a richer club? I’ve never seen a bag of money score a goal."
