If only BR still the manager of Pool, he will splash $45 million pound on him above his $30 release clause ... [sly]

Then BR will warm him on the bench that's what he is capable off .... :XD:

Ya, the "Good, Old" BR.

Dearly missed by ALL at Anfield, (except those who no walk alone.)

Henry Winter of Times reported that Pep wants Ox at Man City.

Hmm I wonder if he truly wants more game time, would City offer him more than what he gets at Arsenal.

Ex Chosen One and Got Character One are in the running for Newcastle job

Newcastle have made contact with the representatives of Rafa Benitez according to the Guardian.

I will be very surprise if Rafa takes the job

Because of Astley bossy influence?

Personal take is that if he keeps them up, it won't enhance his reputation. However if he fails, will look bad on his cv.

So really no point doing it.

if they can afford him in the first place bah...  think he's not going to come cheap since his last job was at RM.

Agreed, it really is high risk low reward opportunity.

Seems like even a 4-0 away victory and into the next round of FA Cup won't satisfy some Arsenal fans.

Arsenal suffered 3 injured players for this FA cup replay. Hefty price to pay and it may come back to haunt them in terms of their title challenge.

Their next game on 17 against Barcelona and subsequent weekend vs Everton in the league. Should have time to recover if injury not serious.

Whilst I know the Arsenal fans are not happy with the recent results esp in EPL, I'm nevertheless surprised at this banner and as I always say that once the away support goes against you, time to really start worrying. The away support for any team normally is made up of the most loyal fans who spend $ and time to support the team and they'll usually stick to you no matter what.

Agree with you but then again Rafa is desperate to come back and Rafa or any Manager for that matter will not want to be out of the limelight for a prolonged period else he will soon be forgotten despite his impressive credentials. But it's really a hiding to nothing being Toon boss as the club is sadly in a mess!!

They are muppets... churlish... Arsene will go when he decides to. He's earned that right.

If he manages to overhaul the Foxes to the title (highly unlikely), he'll quit on a high. Or he will quit the next season once his contract expires.

This lot of fans are just pissed off that Arsenal lost the best chance for a title in a long long time.

Agreed that away fans tend to be the most vociferous... but this lot seems to have come there with only an agenda. Made up their minds having given up on season long ago.

Fck 'em. The gaffer will go when he decides to.

Arsene should just field a youth team vs Barca... who the heck can beat that front three in their current form. They are steam rolling everyone.

For Rafa, I don't think he sees his chance taking over a top club in England now. Pep to City, Conte to Chelsea and Man Utd is not a job he will consider (vis versa). Arsenal might prefer a younger coach (I kind of suspect FdB is in their list). Only chance is if Pochettino get poached, then Spurs might be an option but I see that unlikely too.

Maybe unknown to us, Peter Lim might have already contacted him :)

Good point bro on Rafa to Valencia possibility, good fit if you ask me!

That said, Martinez facing pressure at Everton which could culminate this weekend if they get k/o from the FA Cup. Then possible Rafa to Everton? He will be torn cos his family lives in Merseyside but then again it's Pool's arch rivals, what a tough decision for him if it's really true!!
