We made a decision and decided to let her go. Made an appointment with Mt Pleasant. My wife wanted its ashes back so that when the older rabbit goes, both of their ashes can be together.

Watching her eat last night was heart pain. It needs to be syringe fed. She unable to stand up to eat. So we carried her and fed her.

I can feel your pain. It's never easy to let go but it's probably the best thing for her at the moment.

Same here.

Although they are little lives that cannot communicate with us with words, they share the same principles in life like us, born, getting old, sick and death, and they have their moods as well.

I actually quite sad for a few weeks selling my previous car.  [laugh]  [laugh]  [laugh]

While it can be sad to little children, it may also let them learn some things in life, especially such things don't teach in schools.

She on her all fours this morning. Tonight will say goodbye to her.

She was unable to use the litter tray and poo all over the floor.

It's the right move to make if she cannot have quality life anymore. If she could speak, she would tell all of you that she loves you, and thank you for giving her the best care even at this point.

Bunny will be healthy and happy again at Rainbow Bridge. I hope you and your family will take comfort in that thought.

Same here but in case you still are keen, buy a turtle and he will likely outlive anyone of us here.

Really heart pain to see your pet in that condition...

I adopted a family of 3 about 12 years ago and was left with the last one now.

It is really sad to watch them go one by one...

My remaining rabbit needs to visit the vet every few months to trim his inner teeth or it will become too painful to eat.

As he is getting older, the vet always remind me that he might not wake up from the anesthesia before the operation.

He used to poo in the litter tray but now he is too weak to jump into the tray and just do his business anywhere inside his enclosure.

Every time I clean his enclosure, I will put him beside me to sayang and he showed his appreciation by licking my feet with his little tongue. :secret-laugh:

I will be very sad if he were to leave me one day which could be anytime soon... :TT_TT:
