Those with only Class 3a license or relatively new drivers 2. Those who wants a relaxing cruise during off peak hours. 3. Should visit the museum nearby to see first hand how the horific event unfolded. The place very easy to navigate from the nearby JR Hiroshima station. Very detail and meticulous exhibits within the building, and the admission ticket is cheap.
