Amoslowlc 5th Gear December 29, 2017 Share December 29, 2017 Actually the Sienna 3rd row is not too bad for a car of this size. Its thigh support is quite good compared to most other mid MPVs 3rd row whose seats are normally almost on the floor ie your thighs are almost up to your chest kind of seating n for those with bellies(Iâm one), itâs really uncomfortable. At least with the Sienta, the seats are higher up so itâs not too bad.. Obviously for taller guys, leg room could be an issue but this is almost a common issue with most MPVs bar the full sized ones. BTW, I thought the Borneo Sienta had the middle air con blower and not the Jap PI one? How come I read in one of the posts that the JDM one was cooler? I own and drives the new JDM Sienta. The air cond is enough even for 3rd row. ↡ Advertisement
Takashinzy 1st Gear December 29, 2017 Share December 29, 2017 confirm Wish blower located on the dashboard blowing upwards (non adjustable) allows the aircon to flow to the last row sufficiently. Will be even better with a good solar film to repel heat and adding on aftermarket insulation on the roof. thanks Kzone. This is surely a boost for those who were worrying about absence of 3rd row blower :P
kdash Supersonic December 30, 2017 Share December 30, 2017 agree. i am collecting my new PI Sienta this Sat, will test out the aircon for a week or so before deciding whether to install aftermarket blower which I have for my current old Sienta. just collected new car! smooth and hassle free process by my PI dealer. somewhat miss my old car. was a good workhorse and my 1st car too. perfectly understand why people renew COE for this model. meanwhile, loving my new car! aircon is very good, no problem for 3rd row so far. will continue to monitor especially during hot weather, to see how it is. great way to end 2017 and start the new year. Happy New Year 2018 in advance!

So far among those that I know only 3M Crystalline & the VKool top grade film users are very happy with their films.Same sentiments! Only these two.
Munch003 2nd Gear January 22, 2018 Share January 22, 2018 Just followed my sis and booked a BM Sienta. It was a good deal for us. Traded in our beloved hafei that has 2 months left. Got paper value of $2150 but due to the $2k over trade our hafei doubled its value. With this $4k worth of trade in we used it and opt for a guaranteed COE. Went to a couple of PI’s but the prices were way higher even for the base model due to all the accessories that they included. We didn’t need all the extras and just need a 7 seater to replace our hafei 7 seater within a reasonable Budget. Due to the Low price they couldn’t offer any freebies other than a goodwill gesture of $400 discount.

kdash Supersonic January 22, 2018 Share January 22, 2018 thats not a bad price. how much downpayment they require? n is it worth to take the elegance over standard model. should still be 30% down ba. maybe @munch003 can confirm. based on info from Oct 2017, Elegance has the following:- - LED headlamps - TFT multi info display - smart entry and start system - Toyota telematics system with navigation - Vehicle Stability Control and Hill Start Assist Control - both sliding doors (Standard has only one) - 195 / 50R16 as compared to 185 / 60R15 for Standard
