On the contrary.

If one has kids, he shld opt for a lighter colour seats so that the dirt and muck shows up and will know when to keep it clean. Black is juz hiding the nasties for the kids.

Kids is the reason for choosing black too. My wife wanted dark brown like the fabric brown seats that came with the car. But they don't offer it as an option so no choice.

Same. Dark brown look classy but they only had the lighter one.

Agree that a lighter tone make the interior look more spacious.

Kids are kids. Their shoe mark, hand print etc. It's not easy Bro. Initially still can clean after every stain but after a while once u get lazy, the effect is

no, same for me....black leather with orange stitches just trying to match the dashboard with some orange areas.

actually i like the light color interior just that they don't have it at that time and I can't wait much longer. This light tone interior makes the cabin looks more spacious.

Same thinking too! I would also get a black interior with black leather upholstery and orange stitches to match the dashboard.

I also really think the light interior is nice, especially with the dark backing, but too bad that my kids would make it brown in no time...

Seems like some bros have take delivery of the Sienta Hybrid. Would some of the bros care to do a short review? Thks!

Yes, I have joined the group, looking around for more info and realised one of the bro have done a mini review with regards to the initial driving impressions. Sure is positive to begin with especially the 2nd row which could accommodate 2 child seats by the side with one adult sitting in the centre.

light brown or other light colours are nice. but have to clean/maintain. Else 3 years down the road, the wear & stains quite obvious. I end up choosing the norm. Black is a boring color but you can't go wrong with it i guess esp if you have kids, lol

just ask what you like to know. I'm sure those who owns the car would be happy to share what they know in here as well. To me its only good if more people know more about this wonderful car.  [;)]

Can read a bit. Stuff are easy to guess. Car manual is in Japanese.

It doesn't matter if can't read, I believe we got people here on MCF and FB to help anyone having problem with their sienta.

If you are old enough, when we were kids, we are able play Japanese games on SNES, SEGA without any knowledge of Japanese.. Japanese doesn't stop us!

Haha. Oh ya I remember how I used to marvel at how my friend navigate thru bunch of Japanese options like they can read it. Glad to know the sienta community is helpful.
