Yes, I recall long ago Singapore Pools was simply Toto and 4D. Then there was a report that weekly bets on EPL were like $1m (iirc) and was an outflow. So Singapore Pools widened the offering to include EPL and now the full suite of gaming options. But its all in the name of responsible gambling. Oh well ...
