Anything you will like to know? :)

Bro, I was recommended to use iRoad T-10 in-air Camera for my new car taken 2 days ago. Any suggestions ?

apparently there's V9 version 2 which uses USB connection to the rear camera to solve rear cam problem (which is also cause of my keyless entry problem nissan). At iroad support center, ask if I can upgrade to newer version, but they will only take in my camera for $150.

Thanks Corvit for selling a problematic camera to early adopter and wanted to rip us second time.

Just wondering why would you go for V9 version 2, when T10 is already out and that's the latest model.

I am stuck with V9 so will have to wait till it is damaged before I can get a new cam.

From the description, T10 seems great: http://corvit.sg/wordpress/?page_id=5171

However, so far no feedback on this product. Probably the risk is whether is it proven to be reliable, is a question.

To me, what it does great over V9 is:

1) It comes with LCD screen

2) Angle of view is 155. T9 is 142.

3) Minimize heat by the low temperature design

Just went to the website, another new model, A9: http://corvit.sg/wordpress/?page_id=5517

1) 60 frames!

2) Angle is 142

3) No LCD screen

Was looking at A9 but single channel only.

I'm considering to upgrade to a dual channel camera. The one that comes with the car is only single channel Thinkware H50.

Wondering if it's really worth to upgrade to 2 channel. My current ride (trading it in soon) is also a single channel BlackVue.

Meaning you want a back camera too? I'd say it's even more useful than a front one. You bang someone in front of you, it's probably hard to avoid taking the blame, regardless of footage. But if someone bangs into your backside, you want to document that in order to ensure he takes full responsibility. FWIW, I'm happy with my 2-channel V9.

Hi I am thinking of changing to the Iroad cm. However, I read the review that the app is not stable. Is it true?

Can only speak for myself, but haven't had a problem yet. Does what it needs to. No crashes. 2-channel V9.

hi Kevinhwc

maybe you would also like to consider iroad T10. The AAS is having a promotion for members where you can buy T10 (with installation) at only 430$ (usually outside is about 500 Plus) . it is 2ch Full HD (for both front and back). think it is rather a good deal.

I'd definitely take the V9 over the V7. 1080 resolution is noticeably better than 720 when trying to make out details like licence plate numbers.

$430 for branded two channel full HD sounds like a really good deal.

Twincharged

Got my new ride on 28 April. AD's service guy strongly recommended V7. Said V7 proven most stable, V9 has issue with remote interference while T10 is untested.

So got V7 and so far no issue. Installed switch to protect battery as I do not need the camera on when I park at home.

How can one tell the difference between iRoad V9 ver 1 and ver 2 ??

What does the new ver 2 has that the original kit does not ??
