It is getting very congested. Finding a car park already a problem not to mention cheap. If you are going there to buy things, then it makes sense to park in the same building otherwise you need to carry all the stuff to wherever you park.

 

If you are going there to eat, actually any shopping center they sell almost the same food chain. Nothing so special about JEM.
