I kaypoh and spot the Otters near my place fairly often so can recognise who is the father, mother, auntie and kids. 😅😅😅

You can see the male testy from the rear, same as dogs. No testy = auntie.

Otter fight can be fatal. The otter family in my area is short of 1 member (auntie). She was badly hurt during a fight with the Bishan gang (Near the old Zouk). AVA was monitoring to see if she recovers on her own...but she seems to disappear after a few days.

Yah. Bishan gang is quite powerful cos they have the numbers. They drove the family out of Marina Bay and later, drove them away from Singapore River near The former Zouk.

There's a big group of otters you can see from the footbridge over the canal at Sunset Way.

There are also many monitor lizards in the same stretch of water. Dunno how they manage to get along.

Bishan gang even want to occupy the territory to marina bay until singapore river? 😅 So where is the zouk family now?

Monitor lizards commonly found at canal area, think it is the otters come to canal area to disturb? Lol.

They will go further upstream or botanic garden. They will move back to Singapore River when the Bishan gang is gone.

Have many de. They stayed under the Van Kleef centre beside Clementi road. 

Always see them go for morning swim..
