I do reset the FC after I pumped my petrol though. It can track the full tank also. Scroll through the option until u reach the screen where it shows u the estimated km left for your current tank. Press and hold. The option will switch from A to B (or B to A. I can't rem). Then scroll again to the FC. You will see ur current total km/l. This figure will only reset if u long press it (unlike journey FC which auto reset aft 4 hours). ↡ Advertisement

All my colleagues who owned Attrages (at least 6 of them!) are getting betweem 17-19km/l. Max range would depend on your FC. Most official tests seem to show that if you drive down NS highway, you can get about 23km/l or more. Based on this , you get get a range very close to 900km (with 4l remaining). For my FC, I can get around 500+km. My daily journey ratio is 50-30-20 (Jam-Urban-Highway), hence the poorer FC. I once drove from Tuas to Changi on the expressway. Was able to register 23km/ for that trip. I feel that especially for smaller cc or less power cars, FC is very sensitive to weight/passanger. A few trips u fetch more people, FC for that particular tank drops very obviously. But no so obvious or large cc cars. Assuming that driving pattern & condition about same. Anyone second that ? As I've done in all my previous 3 cars. Mileage per tyre set still over 40,000km with no adverse effect in handling. And I don't drive like an idiot, very gentle acceleration/braking. And I drive very slowly in wet weather.
SIM37 3rd Gear September 23, 2019 Share September 23, 2019 BTW, just sent in for 1k servicing. Confirmed that you can go outside service, warranty still intact. I have $2k service credits, just use finish then I'm going to DIY service my own car as I've done before by jacking it up at a kerb and ownself change oil/oilfilter/air filter/cabin filter/ spark plugs/coolant Only will go back to C&C for major stuff or transmission etc.

True to a certain extent as the moving off and start/stop is the most fuel inefficient portion for any engine, but smaller engine needs more grunt to move a heavy weight. A higher power car already consumes that said amount anyway so it doesn't make much difference if its 150-180kg more of load to move off. but at cruising speeds (not much start/stop) doesn't make much difference. Lolperson123 Clutched September 23, 2019 Share September 23, 2019 In penang now. Made a stop in Malacca for 1 night. From Malacca to penang, 110-140kmph, average 120. 1 passenger. Crusing at 120 at 2500rpm. I must say attrage is surprisingly capable. In that scenario, CVT is a blessing over 4 speed GB as it can react more finely to throttle input than just drop to 3rd gear. Overtaking big vehicles can feel the car move from the wind. Have to react appropriately. Moving to fast lane have to be anticipatory, I often intentionally leave a gap between me and the slow vehicle in front and start accelerating before the faster vehicle on the right passes me before merging. Trip computer states 17.5km/L. However manual calculation at pump seems to be 20km/l (30L, 590km). Bad side: Road noise really quite bad.. Ear abit pain cannot deny. When driving on newer smoother parts of the highway, wind noise also prominent.
paulhon Neutral Newbie September 25, 2019 Share September 25, 2019 Just did my 10k service (still in 8k due to 6th month came first). Do not understand why the fuel system refresh and oil treatment kit are not part of the Diamond Care Plan. I asked C&C is it necessary and was told "recommended" but still insist me of doing it. Cannot understand all these "hidden" charges!😩

Cannot understand all these "hidden" charges!😩 "Recommended" means optional. They are not part of the manufacturer's maintenance task but add-on treatment. I think it's way too early for that treatment though. I previously used an oil treatment for my old car. Did not see any appreciable increase in FC although the engine seemed smoother. Vinceng Turbocharged September 26, 2019 Share September 26, 2019 Attrage is now selling at one of the lowest pricing since launch. There is a pre Cars @ Expo promo - $58,999 with 6 bids non guaranteed COE. Those who own a car and prefer to sell yourself can bluff that you don't have a car to trade in. C&C Fulco at Ubi will still accord you the $5,000 trade in discount, but C&C Leng Kee is firm as a stone

Over inflating one's tyres has nothing to do with whether one is driving slow or fast, careful or dangerous, but rather if one is inflating correctly & safely. Why would an almost new car with 10,000km mileage require 1) Aircon cooling coil cleaning 2) Cabin refresh 3) Engine additive 4) Rotate tyres every 5,000km (an industry first) All these snake oil can add up to $200. 2

All these things are non essential and ARE NOT REQUIRED beyond the Menu A/B/C By the way, we CAN bring our cars outside to service and not void warranty. Just checked with the svc ctr. I have 2k credits and on the diamond care package, so I have up to 2k to deduct from there. After that, only the major one I will go back cnc to do. The rest will be DIY. ↡ Advertisement
