On the subject of greasing spark plug thread, when in doubt its best to refer to the spark plug maker.

Ref NGK: http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/pdf/dyk_5points.pdf

Ref: Denso: http://www.globaldenso.com/en/products/aftermarket/plug/basic_knowledge/installation/index.html

Both maker do not recommend such practice.

I guess unless you have the habit to remove spark plug for checking, otherwise it is good until the next replacment.

1) check brake pad thickness

2) if rotor uneven please skim or change if too thin

3) Check clipper functionality and brake piston

4) Don't play play. Without good brake may incur higher cost of damage

Turbocharged

Its the compound used in pad.

Just change to original pad and sound will go away.

Unless its a faint sound or else copper grease not gonna work.

Not true Bro.

Even original NEW brakepad (Example : Mark X or GS series) will have screeching sound

Damn irritating.

Turbocharged

GS300 new rotor. New pad.

All original will have this screeching sound whenever u step brake.

It is the lousy gs300 brake pad compound. Nothing to do with rotor or grease.
