At that point of time, the borrower is very desperate.....everything also OK....no one force him to go to the loanshark.....but when it comes to returning.....the borrower played hide & seek.....or becomes the Runner to help loanshark to chase after other debtors...Though the whole incident makes the loanshark like the bad guy....but it is actually the Runner aka borrower that is the one committing the crime. 银行借钱给有钱人，阿隆借钱给没钱人。Anyone try walking into a bank with your NRIC and walked out with a loan within minutes? Or anyone tried defaulting a bank loan? What are the consequences? It is not the loanshark....it is the borrower aka runner.....I say hang them ! Like this, if two house = 2 count? Then can add in others like criminal intimidation and what not? Give to the runner and ah long jialat jialat.. Anything, find the borrower la, the other neighbours are innocent. The poor neighbours could now be scared of going home / sleeping / etc... Actually, go after the ah long more useful. If go after borrower, next time borrower wouldn't help mata, coz either way, they die.
