Ah Long runner set fire to neighbours house at Jurong

Debtor installed CCTV outside his flat and could not get him to pay up, ah long became angry and went upstairs and set fire to 2 neighbours house at Toh Guan. Fortunately no one is injured in this incident

Very heavy, setting fire is almost equivalent to murder as it is an act that may lead to deaths. I hope the ah long responsible will be apprehended and dealt with.
