Please have a look at Q7 too bro. In my view, It is the best fit for your requirement.

I did, Bro, too big.

Am trying to find the in between.

And so far GLC really proves its point in that Cat.

One thing i always laugh to whenever i watch Car Reviews on Youtube is when the reviewer talks about price (in this case for the GLC) , " The GLC doesnt come cheap though, its going to set you back a little more than 47k pounds. And That is a lot of money!"

Laugh until peng........

47k pounds in Singapore gets you a Motorcycle albeit one of the most expensive.

Or one of the cheapest Jap cars.

Muayhahahahahahahahahaha

those who are worried about adblue, fear not. I serviced my ride in 10k km and the adblue level was only 1/3 consumed. so its reli a case of no hassle.

E200d also use adblue?

I dont know. I am no Mercedes fan or salesman.

Currently Audi fan. [grin]  And audi Formula E team won 2nd place at Monaco with Lucas De Grassi. Renault won 1st place. Ya I know Mercedes won 1st place in Formula1.

Same for my BMW 216GT and that's why I don't understand why some diesels need to put adblue whilst other don't?

Very complicated discussion but this is one of the more succinct explanation I read online from other forum (the reply is for someone asking if Adblue is better than DPF):

I think depending on vehicle application, the adblue allows the manufacturer to tune the diesel engine to run more efficiently.

Your choice is not DPF or AdBlue. All modern diesels will have a DPF. Your choice has to do with how Oxides of Nitrogen are handled. Lighter weight cars can get by with a NOx storage catalyst (Golf and Jetta), while heavier vehicles need (Passat, Mercedes, etc.) require an SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system. SCR systems require a Urea (AdBlue) injection system. There are advantages and disadvantages to both as previously stated. SCR systems do not require post combustion fuel injections, but they do require AdBlue injections.

What you all thing about polar white. After choosing option of white with no extra cost later then came to know it is polar white which is solid and not metalic. Metalic diamond white must pay extra $3K. So left it as polar white.

I prefer the diamond white as opposed to polar white. There's a difference to the feel in the 2 whites.

Hi folks,

I'm still contemplating either GLC, GLC Coupe or E200.

For GLC owners, has anyone experienced any issues?

In the UK, there seems to be a number of complaints regarding RHD GLCs steering at full lock:

Just wanted to know if anyone experiences this in Singapore.

Hi Maverick,

I am experiencing the brake screeching noise when reversing, and its only 2-week old from C&C.

Awaiting C&C to come back with a solution. Sighzzzz.

I believe some other owners had this same issue, and would like to know what C&C had done / will do to solve this problem...

That's weird. You had the SUV or coupe model?

By the way, I'm checking out the PIs. C&C waiting time is more than 6 months!

If anyone has a good recommendation for PI carrying GLCs, please do share.

I've checked out CarTimes, Leco and Vincar already.
