Just help my in law register her SERS flat to Site B.

 

Any one has comments or insights in the development or Progress , reno idea, please feel free to contrbute

im staying at sky terrace....not sure abt the SERS development, but 1 thing is for sure....that area will hv traffic problem in future when all the sites there r developed. all the roads there r 1 lane. so in the morning when everyone is driving out, sure got jam. there are only dawson rd n kay siang rd going in n out. already now there are always traffic jam fm kay siang rd turning out to queensway.

Queensway direction always traffic jam due to lots of cars going into AYE, but cars not only from queenstown area, they also comes from farrer rd nearby area.

thats the prob. that road already jam, then there will b cars coming fm kay siang joining the already jam road. it will then cause kay siang road to jam. n with 3 more bto/SERS coming and also abt 2 or 3 condo also being built, i can only say it will b chaotic in the morning.

Actually most places also always jam and chaotic during the morning peak, not only queensway area la.
