Thought it was very personal of JK to go onto the pitch to acknowledge the players (Reds and some Spurs) an the ref...comforting figure he portrays. More of Heavy Metal Stuff from him pls....Just need the players to be more organised in their pressing as they cn be better coordinated.

A clean sheet even though it's a draw.

Decent start to the JK era.

Some players shine, esp the goalkeeper.

All in all, much more positive and a decent result away from home.

Hopefully after a longer run in, along with those walking wounded back (except 2 that got ACL) we will begin to see a new Liverpool.

Improvement in the defense overall. Some players are definitely playing at full throttle. Milner and Can are two of those.

A lot of good aerial ball floated in by Spurs but most came to nothing.

With all the first team forward out injured, a draw seems reasonable.

0-0

I got prize? Hahaha

Got... will give you 5-points ... tomorrow :)

Hope this result can be a positive impact to our Pool players to bring back to Anfield...

See, they can perform when chips are down .... so, hopefully with more guidance from Klopp.... we can achieve our 1st win under Klopp...

Sakho almoat repelled everything. Why BR overlooked him for Lovren will forever be a mystery deeper than the Bermuda Triangle

Very good decent performance.

At least the players willing to run and press as much as they could. Played with spirit and energy. And defended like their lives depend on it.

And Mig suddenly play like on steroids.

Can only be better when all the injured players are back.

Fm opta:

Liverpool made 50 more sprints than Spurs (614 v 564) & were the 1st team to run further in a PL game than Spurs this season. Gegenpress

While pool had the likes of texeira n randall on the bench, chelsea has cahill, matic, oscar, remy n mikel. It sure does help to hv a sheikh as owners. [smash]

i have never seen pol players pressed so hard before.

i tink they did, when suarez was ard. Thats how they scored a lot of goal n particularly in the trashing of arsenal. But none of it since lst season.

if i remember correctly, Suarez was the one pressing everyone and anyone... his pressing creates hell lot of space for others

and if Luis Suarez is pressing, who the hell would not lift their game?

Same players, no problem. The one with the problem got rid liao. Just kind of regret players like markovic went out on loan. They could be useful to Klopp.

To end I share this video, a rock band from Germany :D

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp admitted a goalless draw was not his “dream result” but said he was “happy” with his first game at Spurs.

Klopp’s men were held to a 0-0 draw at White Hart Lane after Divock Origi, who started due to the absence of the injured Daniel Sturridge, had headed against the crossbar with just 10 minutes gone.

Klopp, whose men face Rubin Kazan up next, told BT Sport: “It was an open game, we had our chances, they had theirs which were obviously better, but if we can play better football we will be stronger next time.

“We were a little but nervous when we had the ball and the pace was frantic.

“We need to improve but after three days I’m happy, I’m completely satisfied with a 0-0 draw. It was a good first step and I can work with the performance.

“The first twenty minutes of the game I didn’t have much influence on the game because the crowd were loud and the players started well.

“But when the players needed some encouragement I was there, but I was not unhappy. A draw is not by dream result, but it is okay.

“It was a very important game, because we can now work with this and show the players what was good and what was not so good and we can take the next step.

compared to: we have shown great character, unlucky not to win the game, and our bestest draw
