Kenny Dalglish's tactics was way way old school era. Standard 4-4-2 and sometime 4-4-1-1. People read you like a book lah.  [thumbsdown]

every formation with a back 4, start with 4-4-2.

so what if everyone read u like a book? its whether they can stop u. why thumbsdown the man who won the last lge title for liverpool?

kenny 2nd spell was defined 80% by Suarez "racial abuse" of Evra and not by his formation.

the remaining 20% was fielding Carroll without Downing & vice versa

Lucas can nowadays play any position from midfield to CB to FB - quite versatile. Not sure he will retained by Klopp for next season though.

Toure contract will not be renewed.. its impt lucas stay. he is as scouse as they get in the team nowadays. Flanno not old and vocal enuf yet...

a move by the club which i completely disagree.

there are so many players who could have represent LFC so much better, and yet they choose this selfish fella

Agreed and well said.

Micheal Owen as a choice don't seems right as the inaugural LFC international ambassador.

Origi out for 4-6 weeks, looks like out of this season

Now hope DS (Especially) and Firmino can stay fit and perform up to the level of the strikers

bladdy shit !!!! its reckless tackles like this that will really break legs. Dun give me the usual bull-crap like : He is not malicious, unintended, nicest guy on the training pitch etc .....

Retrospective punishment should be meted out for tackles that cause serious injuries. A moment of your "nice guy tackle" can kill a career. Like Eduardo, never recovered from it

amdk view a innocuous bite is more lethal to a rash and career ending tackle.

Origi's injury was unfortunate but not entirely unexpected for a young gutsy striker esp playing in a derby. DS is more careful to avoid being whacked on the pitch.

Nevertheless, football is a team sport and I think L'Pool has enough depth in DS, Firmino, lallana, ibe, ojo as strike force for the remaining games.

actually,.....I don't care too much for whichever league or cup or whatever,

just want LFC to :

1. win, win, win, win, win and win every time they are out on the field !!!

2. score at least 2 goals more than the opponent !!!

3. have all matches, injury free !!!

not asking too much right ?? :a-panic:  :a-panic:

....this will make my everyday. haha

smile at work, smile at home, smile, smile, smile everywhere :yeah-im-not-drunk:

Owen? Well he scored lots of goals. But to choose as an ambassador, there are better servants to choose lah. Come on, what are the clowns thinking

Initial reports are that  Origi does suffer some ligament tear .. and may be out for 4-6 weeks...

he will definitely out for our semi Europa games... and if we do go into final, he will be in a race to be fit for 18 May ...

They (Belgium) are rushing him to be available to Euro ... though I hope he will rest more to be fit for our pre-season in July ...

And we do need him next season :)

What I saw now in Liverpool is team work. It was lacking since Kenny Roger took over. They all base on two or three players to win a game. Players like Stevie G, LS, .... etc. and if these players failed to performed, the team lost.

The last time I saw team work is when RB was the manager.

They are playing like a team now and if continue like this, we are up there for the challenge next season.. :a-happy:    [smash]     [bounce2]

Why I said team work is b'cos anyone can score goals or assist the other to score. They also defence in team... :a-good:

Wah totally agree with what you said. Except the kenny roger part  [laugh]

I always thought we rely too much on one or two players and thus make such player big head and feels indispensable and always want to do everything by himself and disregard teamwork, formation and tactics. I dont want to give name but he is born and bred Liverpool legend who is now playing in the land of the free and corrupt  :XD:

NOBODY disrespect King Kenny, especially what he is done for Liverpool. And I am not talking about winning trophies and scoring goals for Liverpool. Managers like him, Houllier etc gave everything to Liverpool and almost cost their lives. Whatever shortcomings they have, they deserve to be respected.

Really pissed with this piece of news. Now the question is can Sturridge step up? Can he play the way Klopp wants? Unlike in the league, Sturridge has not really perform in Europe.

Probably the most selfish person I have ever seen. And I am not talking about on the field. On the field is Sturridge  [laugh]

I hope he stays. But he must accept being a benchwarmer. He is currently the longest serving player, n every club needs a player like that.

I believe he won't be a benchwarmer more of a squad player if he stay. As Long as u give him the due respect, I think he don't mind Been on the bench often. BR don't respect him or rather any player he don't likeZ

Not only he doesnt respect him or any player he doesnt like, he doesnt even know how to use them. In fact, I think if anyone wants to disrespect any Liverpool manager, I think the choice would be the best man for the job. Give him plenty of  [thumbsdown]  [thumbsdown]  [thumbsdown]  [thumbsdown]  [thumbsdown]  [thumbsdown]
