Liverpool 2015/16 Part 1&2: A new hope with Klopp

Klopp: "It's not a day to be disappointed, it's a day to be angry. You cannot win a football match with 90%, you have to do everything, I don’t like it. "If you know the other team has Andy Carroll, how can you allow crosses?"

Klopp is angry now!

This is the only positive I see from this game. At least now we have a manager who can see the problem when there is one.

Now, we need the solutions ....

That one may have to take some time and money. Hopefully will we will see some mis-fits being shipped out in the coming transfer window and some good players bought. Think some current players need some serious competition for their place in order to perform well.

I guess klopp is still trying to find the right 1st 11. He has dropped b4 the likes of lucas, firmino, lallana, benteke... So i believe he still finding the right balance. However his plans r interrupted by the various injuries to the players.

I agree with you on this.  [nod]

I think like most people, once they get a better salary and joined a better company, their complacency starts setting in.

Only a few has the fire in them to fight for their company regardless of how much they are paid.

Look at clubs like Leicester, West Ham, Spurs and Stoke, they don't spend big money (somewhere around less then 10 millions pound on unknown players) and they got committed players who are willing to fight.  :chilling:

Pay Benteke, Lallana, Sakho and Lorven big money and they sucks ... :we-all-gonna-die:

Have to support chelski now playing vs crystal palace. Bo pian.

dun see chelski no up. they can and likely will catch up with pool in no time. esp when this spineless team is playing

cannot imagine henderson is the one and only who when he play, pool have anything resembling balls

Rooney is also the best example. After getting 300k/week he became a totally different player.

Because Liverpool play passing so our defender got no practice on defending crosses during training(Imho).

I didn't saw Mignolet come out from goal line to catch/punch cross ball

So opponent got at least 50% chance to score as long they sent in proper cross....

School starts today, and hopefully also means that our players can go back to basics and re-learn all abt team tactics, defending and attacking as a team

A loss is always a bitter pill to swallow.

Hopefully we can learn something from this loss... And don't repeat the same mistake.

Rome isn't built in a day .... but, it will be good to get better craftsmen and builders in this Jan transfer window to speed up the rebuilding process

got a bad feeling such mistakes will continue every now and then in the season...

you are right, it will take time, let's be patient and hope to see some improvements as time goes on..

it is worrying to see that there is no reliable players upfront to create and finish..

coutinho is very inconsistent

lallana doesn't seem to contribute in making chances

firmino is like almost non existant

benteke also not at the right places

ibe also mistake prone

these are not world class players but i would consider them as good players. they should not be putting up such poor performances week in and week out..

we need a game changer player to inspire them

This is the only positive I see from this game. At least now we have a manager who can see the problem when there is one.

There is another positive,,,, Lovren is still playing well (according to reports)

Sorry guys.. i din watch the game so can only comment base on reports

Henderson seemed to be very important to the shape or well being of the midfield....

soon we will have Sturridge and Henderson in the team and we will look good again

then we will start to think we have a chance.....

then these two get injured and we will lose 2-0 by conceding silly corners again....

We need a monster DM who can fall back into defence as third CB and push forward when needed...

vs sahko, he is playing well

henderson is the one on only one who can drive the team 10m up the pitch...

we have huge gap between mf and attack.

watched everton vs spurs, luakaku is show casing how to be a lone front man very very well

soon we will have Sturridge and Henderson in the team and we will look good again

its the monster mf who is impt.

rafa knows how to best use lucas, always pair with marsh or alonso with gerrard slightly more forward.

lucas in a mf 2, die.

see lucas when he play in a mf 3, pretty good.

we stuff the team with AM recently and yet cant remotely create anything, the gap between the mf and bentake is huge.

i also hope klopp insist they start learning how to cross first time, and how to defend crosses properly

klopp seemed to suggest that the problem is with the players' mental strength?

it is, no fight, no leader. have no plan b how to react to going behind
