Totally agree bro... I always prefer Google Maps. Even if I'm going to Malaysia, cos Google Maps has off-line maps and off-line turn by turn navigation. Try it. Works wonderfully. The downloaded area can be quite big. Usually I download the maps for each day at the hotel that I stay in, Malaysia or further afield.

I agree... I never like integrated GPS in the HU. Google maps is much more updated and even allow "Offline" maps if you travel up north without data plan. Anyone tried Waze here?

I am using Waze. as usable as Google map. At least, Waze speaks street names which is why I prefer it. Google map used to speak street names too but not anymore which is why I turn to Waze. You can give it a try, definitely worth a try.

Yes. Just mine today. They used shell helix ultra 5w40

Thanks, was wondering would they take long for 5K cos booked on a sat, they work whole day on a sat too rite?

 

Would have already travelled 5k in 38days (47k per year)

If i have offended in anyway please accept my sincere apologizes. I am just stating what i know. ( I could be wrong) It is not nice calling someone a thief on public forum without understanding what is going on before hand.

 

I am not a chemist but i have never seen any fact that distilled water is not suitable for topping up lead acid battery. Most if not all car owner's manual/ website advise using distilled water unless it is maintenance free type.. Attachment from Forester owner's manual.

I booked 8am appt today. Reached at 7.45am and I was already the 8th car... Received SMS at about 1030am that car was ready.

 

This included a car wash which I have requested them not to do it as I prefer to wash it on my own. Surprisingly, the car wash was quite well done.

It's not right to take it for personal use but Relax bro... how much water can you possibly take unless u drink it or use it to wash car... Car battery is quite small and the water level doesn't drop that fast

 

Anyway, I hope pp refrain from making personal attacks or calling names...

I was the 5th car bro, same day too. I reached about 10 mins before you. Subaru owners do go early as compared to my previous 2 jap brands. Maybe the car goes faster? Hee....

 

Agreed that the car was washed quite nicely, no additional scratch marks.

I do not know the answer but let me share something. My sis in law scratched her car 2 sides in carparks.  Went to Mazda thinking that otherwise will void warranty. Quote was $1,800 albeir for 6 panels with some dents. 

 

When I heard that I thought that she was mad. Contacted a painter that I know and it was $800. Looks the same as the original car.

 

Shop around.

Its not placebo effect. Its confirm there's a difference between 95 and 98. Someone in the chat group dynoed. Seems like ecu works based on fuel grade.
