Me too, cannot bear the heart pain to see my new beauty being torn apart...

My personal preference is to enjoy (and learning) the stock manufacturing specifications until warranty expires, then mod to my liking. But, it needs a strong will to resist all kind of "poisons" everyday :)

Personally, I find the LED (low and high beams) gives one the $million feel on the road ...

My COE gives me a $0 feel .. :a-bang:  :a-bang:

Sorry if this was posted before, but do you guys have any good SE to recommend? Most important must be honest and patient enough to go through with you the questions you have and maybe recommend what options are good and not so good...

Laser needs some fan to keep it cool, and it is coupled with LED. Wonder if this is overkill in Sg with street lights so bright, lighting say 20m or more ahead I think is not critical. Lights serve more to make car more visible to other cars, and not to blind them :-)

Interesting point bro..with the heat we have here compared the colder countries n the lack of fan.. Potential fire hazard..

I felt the HK audio are pretty good already, the bass is strong, at least better than the NA speakers in my opinion. But then again, audio is very subjective and I'm the type who is into bass. May not be perfect but I'm quite sure it's at least better than average, if not reasonably gd for the price we are paying. I wouldn't recommend going thru the hassle reinstalling new speakers. Risk voiding warranty, additional cost, who knows you may end up less satisfied.

I tune to 92.4FM and all kind of sounds/notes from different musical instruments of the classical musics are well transmitted at the right sound frequency to my ears... the stock HK system works for me after my stubborn ear drums took 3 weeks to tune to get used to it... it is cheaper to tune my ear drums, after all.

Neutral Newbie

Can I ask the folks here if they opted for a different leather interior color?

Can anyone  share photos of their  interior please?

I'm half keen on the Terra Brown or Grey alternative. My car exterior is Metallic Bronze.

Thanks in advance.

Anyone got pictures of non-stock Black interior leather?

U guys pump your front & back tires at same pressure or with 10kpa difference? Which feels better?

Depends on your ride. I did 230 better ride but given I drive through terrain and risk metal chips daily... I rather go 240 with a bumpier rise than risk puncture... My 2 cents...

If you need a visual go up to Nissan see the QQ. Same brown leather on their display.

Thought I posted before... See attachedpost-170475-0-25477700-1468420841_thumb.jpeg

I just leave it as how they came at about 250ish. When I asked Jeff from MI at the 1000km service whether they checked tire pressure and that they pump it high, he said new tires they pump higher...i just take his word.

Before you try other pressures, try exactly the recommended pressure stated on the sticker on the driver door pillar.

Usually, it will be the best.

The recommended pressure makes the Subaru super-steady - can go at high speeds and even cornering over bumpy patches of road and car still in perfect control - wheels always in contact with road and car doesn't jump (yes, move up and down a bit but not actually jump).

Also car maintains its momentum well even if road have slight undulations or bumpy patches - end up car, sometimes when cruising, is actually coasting - no need to step accelerator - and doing it very well and uses much less fuel.  Fuel economy improved greatly once used the exact recommended pressure.

Above my experience with XV but I think will apply to other Subaru's.

Agreed. My fxt came with 250 -260 all round and ride was bumpier. When I stick with 230 all round, the ride quality was perfect. Great for cornering and riding through the numerous rough patches on our local roads. By right rear should be 220 but I Guess 230 all round is fine.

Oh ya, I always pump tires using my own portable air inflator on the morning when the tires are cold. So air pressure should be pretty accurate.
