Yewheng Twincharged May 14, 2015 Share May 14, 2015 As I was at home nothing much to do and looked out of thebwindow saw my area nearby there is this condo that is under demolition. I looked and saw this swimming pool filled with water. I wanted to highlight to relevant department to send people down to take a look and to ensure no mosquito bleeding but thinking too leachey and decided not to. Then I realise I got this oneservice app that I downloaded last year oct when the news announced that this oneservice app was created for one stop Service. Incharge is under Mso aka municipal platform where if public do not know which agency to send to for feedback or complaint can send to mso and they will take a look to see which department or ministry is Incharge and task it to relevant department to take action. So I opened this app and finally I got to use it for the 1st time. The app is so good and very convenient. All I need is to login, select category, take picture, tag for location write some description and click sent. All less then 10minutes. There is even tracking for you to see whether the case I sent is still open or closed. Overall this app I give 9 our of 10. Here's the screenshot of the app I send for feedback. LoverofCar 6th Gear May 14, 2015 Share May 14, 2015 (edited) Simply a BS apps man...I submitted a complain to LTA on pothhole on 4th May and until now....it remain open and no feedback at all...granted that the pothhole was fixed when I drove pass that area....but no one update the apps to close it.......,.so I don't know whether this apps is doing it work or simple the problem was fixed via another channel.... I have given feedback via email many times on road conditions, water pipe leak, hornets nest etc ...... Somehow I have never gotten a proper email response. Either they reply WITHOUT my initial feedback or they call me directly. But totally no paper trail. Iemailed this TC guy on water pipe leak, got no reply for weeks, then suddenly they go change the pipe. Com'on, reply WILL DIE MEH ? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

That's odd. I've submitted 4 cases via this app in the last 3 months (or whenever they started it) and all 4 cases have been closed satisfactorily within 1 week. 1 case solved by LTA (the guy even left his name and office phone number in the update) 1 case solved by NEA (the guy left a 1800 number in the update) 2 cases solved by NParks - these 2 were particularly impressive because the problem was caused by a private condo with their tree branches growing right over the walkway. Give them time to coordinate everything. Granted, it is annoying to not get feedback on whether what you have feedback was the catalyst for the change, but in the end, the result is what matters. And the result showed that something was done. It's not easy to coordinate everyone in so many different agencies.
