Watwheels Supersonic May 13, 2015 Share May 13, 2015 (edited) If the public transport system is efficient and not that congested with passengers. No. If you have to ask this question you are either not from Singapore or you just crawl out from your hole. LoL... Enye Hypersonic May 13, 2015 Share May 13, 2015 a good doctor once said to the media when running for election “Well, everybody has a car, we have two — my wife drives one, I drive one. We are both professionals, we need to travel.” TS, are you a professional?

Turtlekar 2nd Gear May 13, 2015 Share May 13, 2015 Very interesting question.... Before answering you, since you are on this question; why look at fiat brava turbo when you already have a question? why look at mazda 6? why the review on car dealers and car evaluation centre? I think you already have the answer, you are also searching for car, but possibly due to high coe, high depreciation and high downpayment, you are seeking for supportive view that you don't need a car.... Having a car in Singapore is never a must but a wish...if you can afford it, why not....if you can't, you have 3 options; 1. motorcycle (COE also climbing but more affordable and no minimum downpayment) 2. Bicycle (Don't go onto the road) 3. Go public.... So is this answer good for your question? Chill pal....

Bismarck Turbocharged May 13, 2015 Share May 13, 2015 Do we really need a car in Singapore? Yes. Because we shouldn't rely on just one single transport mode to travel. It is always good to have the option of car, motorcycle, taxi, MRT, bus, bicycle to choose from. For my case, except for motorcycle which I don't own, Depending on where I am going, I have use all other mode of transport to travel when necessary. ↡ Advertisement
